UK Next Day Delivery is available on orders placed before noon, Monday to Friday.

This option is not available on weekends and UK bank holidays.

Despatch Times

We aim to despatch all orders received before midday on the same day. Orders received after midday are shipped the following day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are prepared and sent the following Monday. In the event of Bank Holidays, the order will ship on the next UK working day. As standard First Class post is used, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Customs Charges

VAT is charged on all UK sales at source and the VAT charge is calculated and already included in the prices published on the AlpacaAlpaca website.

There are no VAT or Customs charges for UK buyers as goods are shipped from the UK, within the UK. Please note that for orders inside and outside the European Union, your country may ask you to pay a Customs or Duty charge, and these charges, if applied, will need to be paid by you. If in any doubt, please check with the relevant authority in your country before making a purchase on the AlpacaAlpaca website.
